Mat Studio Policies

Late Cancellation

Please note that if you need to cancel a class, a $15 charge will apply for cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time. No charge will be applied for cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance.

No Show Fee

Please be advised that a $20 fee will be charged for any no-shows. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, make sure to cancel or reschedule in advance to avoid this charge.

Waitlist Protocol

If you join the waitlist for a class, you will be automatically added to the class if a spot becomes available, up to 2 hours before the start time. You'll be notified of your updated status, so keep an eye on your notifications!

Mat Rental

Clients are encouraged to bring their own Pilates mats for comfort and hygiene. If you don’t have one, mats are available to rent for $3 per class. All other necessary equipment will be provided by the studio.

5 Min Late Policy

You are allowed to join the class up to 5 minutes after the start time. However, we recommend arriving 5 minutes early to ensure you have ample time to settle in and prepare. This helps ensure a smooth class experience for everyone. Thank you!

Parking

We offer convenient parking for all clients. Please use the designated spaces in front of the studio. Street parking is also available if the lot is full. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and getting settled.
